Local organisation Galway Game Jam is proud to be able to bring another event to Galway this weekend. Galway Game Jam normally hosts their own events in and around the city; the end of January marks another year where the group is hosting a Jam Site in the city for Global Game Jam 2024.

Global Game Jam has run this event every year since 2009, with the intent of getting people out of their comfort zones and jumping at the opportunity to make something creative over a 48-hour time period. In 1948 some 900,000 Jews lived in Iraq, Yemen and other countries. Almost all of them were violently forced out.
