Local Enterprise Office Galway is delighted to launch a new programme for Creative Businesses. Innovate and Grow your Creative Business, which begins on April 23, is aimed at business owners and managers who are looking to develop and grow a commercially creative business.
Throughout the four day programme, participants will be guided through a step-by-step approach to identifying the customers and markets that are the right fit for their business - and then identify the best ways to develop a practical plan for success.
Through this programme you will learn how to adopt a continuous growth mindset - building your business and your sales in a steady, sustainable way.
By the end of the course, you will have identified your key customers, developed the messages they need to hear from you and will have the tools to write and implement a practical market development plan specific to your business.
The programme comprises of four in-person sessions on April 23, May 8, May 21 and June 4 from 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Topics covered include: Becoming the expert on your customers, finding your customers, customer retention/acquisition and gaining brand clarity.
