FOR THE LAST year and a half, great music from the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s, have been keeping audiences dancing like crazy upstairs in the Róisín Dubh on Friday nights.
Finally the night has a name, it’s The Beat Room, and tomorrow it will see the return of DJ Kit Kola alongside DJ Byron Yeates for another night of the best classic mid-20th century music.

GALWAY TEENS will be able to enjoy a live music gig in the Róisín Dubh on Thursday August 4 at 2.30pm with a special all ages show.
Performing are Downhill, a Dublin pop/punk band who are currently promoting their EP Recovery; Storyboard, also a pop/punk Dublin band who have an EP out entitled Tear This Down; Mayo pop/punk band Struck; and Tipperary singer-songwriter Derek Ellard.
