GALWAY AVANT-folk band The Driftwood Manor will launch their new album with a show upstairs in the Róisín Dubh on Friday July 15 at 9pm.
The album, The Same Figure (Leaving ), is a joint release between independent Galway label Rusted Rail and independent Dublin label Slow Loris.
On this album The Driftwood Manor, centred on singer-songwriter Eddie Keenan, has created a highly-addictive collection of apocalyptic folk.
Support on the night is from singer-songwriter Yawning Chasm and At Last An Atlas. Admission is €5.
