Lyons raises concerns over Knocknacarra estate entrance

Galway City West and Knocknacarra Councillor Donal Lyons has this week raised serious safety concerns with Galway City Council regarding the construction of an entrance to a new estate being developed on the Upper Ballymoneen Road.

He said that in recent days an entrance to the Maolchnoc estate is under construction, and he noticed that the actual entrance has not been stepped back as is the norm when other estates or individual houses are being developed.
