Owners Jason O’Connell and Niall Walsh will be proudly serving the first glasses of beer from behind the bar of their newest establishment, The Oslo Microbrewery Bar. Jason O’Connell says: “It’s great to bring a microbrewery like this to Galway, where anyone with a genuine interest in the process can pop in and actually see the casks where the beer is brewed”.
