Sketch and test picture give hints of new Octavia

Skoda has released a design sketch providing the first glimpse of the new Octavia. The new design language ensures the fourth generation of the best-selling model in the history of the company will have a much more emotive look. Skoda claims it will also combine compact dimensions with a generous amount of interior space.

The design sketches show the Octavia liftback’s elongated, flowing silhouette seems to give it a coupé-like roofline. However, this is not visible from a picture of a heavily disguised version being tested on public roads.
