THIS WEEKEND is Halloween and Monroe’s Live will have plenty of events full of scares, soul, and rock’n’roll.
The Halloween weekend at the Dominick Street venue begins tonight at 9pm with the Cisco Party Night. This is a fancy dress event and people are encouraged to don their wildest, most wonderful, and scariest costumes.

THE ROSAMUNDE Trio will play the Aula Maxima, NUI Galway, on Thursday November 4 at 8pm as part of Music for Galway’s 30th Anniversary Season.
On the night they will perform one of Beethoven’s earliest works, the Piano Trio Op 1 no 2; Brahms’ Piano Trio No ,2 in C major, Op 87; Josef Suk’s Elegy for Piano, Violin and Cello, Op 23; and ‘Softly, In The Dusk...’ written for the trio by Peter Fribbins in 2007.

Tickety Boo! in The Witches Kitchen will run twice daily at The Blue Teapot Theatre on Munster Avenue, today and tomorrow. It will also be performed in The Galway City Museum on Saturday.
