Another large crowd at The Connacht Property Auction

A crowd of more than 100 people turned up to the latest Connacht Property Auction held last Thursday in The Menlo Park Hotel. In total there were 22 properties offered for sale from across Connacht including Clare, Galway, Mayo, and Leitrim.

With an 88 per cent sold ratio at the June auction and 92 per cent at the April auction, the auction team were expecting another big turnout and they were not disappointed. With a large selection of properties, the auction room was full of hopeful buyers with the crowd spilling into the registration area at the back of the room. In total, 19 of the 22 properties on offer were successfully sold, giving the auction team an 86 per cent success rate on the night.
