New air service to Glasgow from Ireland West Airport Knock

Ireland West Airport Knock has launched a new service to Glasgow Prestwick in Scotland with Ryanair, which will operate every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

The launch represents another milestone for the airport as it is the first connection between Ireland West Airport Knock and Glasgow Prestwick Airport in Scotland. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is Glasgow's second airport and serves the greater Glasgow region, situated 32 miles from the city centre of Glasgow.

The core aims of Men’s Health Week are to heighten awareness of preventable health problems for all males of all ages, to support men to engage in healthier lifestyle activities, and to encourage the early detection of health difficulties in men. Reunion for Kylemore Abbey past pupils

Kylemore Abbey will hold a special reunion for all past pupils and staff members this weekend.

Students of the former international boarding school for girls, which closed its doors in 2010 after nearly 100 years, will gather at Kylemore on Saturday for a Mass in the new Monastic Church which is located in the former school gymnasium, lunch, art exhibition, and Vespers with the Benedictine community. Among Sunday’s activities is a hike to the Sacred Heart Statue located on the mountain behind the Abbey.
