McCambridges is launching a pre-theatre menu for the duration of the Galway International Arts Festival.
It will run from 5pm to 8pm Wednesday to Saturday throughout the two weeks.
For €25 guests can enjoy a choice of starter and main couse which is accompanied by a glass of the house wine or beer.
Guests can enjoy a starter of either the gourmet soup of the day or a choice of an Irish cheese platter or vegetarian mezze. Main courses include Castlemaine rib eye steak with smoked paprika mayonnaise, baked fillet of sea bass, or spinach and ricotta tortellini in a wild mushroom sauce. For those not rushing off to a show the all day menu is also available from 12 noon to 8pm Wednesday to Saturday.
