A pop-up Covid-19 vaccination clinic will take place on Saturday from 9.30am to 2.30pm at the Galway East Primary Care Centre, Merlin Business Park, Doughiska Road (H91 FCV9) from 9.30am to 2.30pm. The clinic is located beside the Galway NCT test centre.

This will be a walk in clinic, people do not need to make an appointment to attend. However, appointments are available and can be booked online at www.hse.ie People are asked to bring photo ID with them.

The study, published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, is a collaboration involving a number of laboratories in Ireland, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain and the US. The research paper describes a novel approach and has implications for vaccine design.
