San Francisco indie rock band to play the Róisín Dubh

So said music website The Bay Bridged about see night, the San Francisco indie rock band, based around singer-songwriter Linda Sao, who play upstairs in the Róisín Dubh on Monday July 1 at 9pm.

The band - Sao (vocals/guitar ), Cory Aboud (drums ), Patrick Andrews (guitar ), Jeff Kissell (double bassist ) - have released the mini-album, You Are Us (2018 ) and the EP, Where Are You (2014 ); supported Bonnie Prince Billy, Rogue Wave, and Widowspeak and have been showered with critical acclaim.

Musigator Rock said see night have "an excellent grasp of what makes indie rock work. Trippy, intense, and soothing all at once"; "Psychedelic, moody and melancholic...equal parts Pixies/Breeders pop smarts, and shoegaze-y Mazzy Star haze," according to Aquarius Records, San Francisco's oldest independent record store; "Their songs are sweeping, melodic, grungey," said SantaCruz.com; while Selected Things called their sound, "gorgeous, melodic, dreamy indie pop".
