There has never been so much choice and value in the second hand residential property market. With vendors becoming more realistic and willing to negotiate on the asking prices it is well worth having a look at the good value that’s currently on offer. O’Donnellan & Joyce has taken a look at the east side of the city, a location that houses a large number of industrial estates and work centres. It is also a location which is very accessible via the city’s main dual carriageway network.
The east side of the city has been transformed during the Celtic Tiger years and the most notable area where this is visible is the Doughiska road. O’Malley currently has new townhouses and apartments available at Boireann Bheag with prices starting from €200,000 for a two bed ground floor apartment. Boireann Bheag is a fantastic estate with sea views from a range of locations across the development and a number of open green areas throughout.
