There was a wide choice available at price points starting at €225,000 for two bedroom apartments. The value for money proved attractive to astute purchasers, with sales of one, two and three bedroom apartments and a number of four bedroom houses with many deposits taken on the day, and some unit types completely sold out on top of earlier sales of in excess of 70 units.”
