A two bedroom property at Curralee on the Headford Road was snapped up within a few days of it being on the market, and the same applied to a beautiful three bedroom residence at Lurgan Park. Also a four bedroom semidetached residence at Sli Na Sruthan, Clybaun Road, was sold within a few days of being on the market. A three bedroom semidetached residence at Ocean Wave was disposed of, as was a three bedroom semidetached residence at Grattan Park and a four bed semidetached residence at Tara Grove, a property at Claremont Park, and two more in Ocean Wave, Salthill, with sales also in Knocknacarra at Linn Bhui all snapped up relatively swiftly.
