The Galway School of Maths Grinds is holding a Junior Cert maths Easter revision course in NUIG.
The mock exams are over, and you probably have your results. Whether you got top marks or you are disappointed with the result, everyone can improve. You have 10 weeks before your maths exam starts, that is enough time to focus and get your best possible grade.
The most important piece of advice for Junior Cert students is to use your time wisely and do worthwhile study.
The Galway School of Maths Grinds Easter revision course will help you get in gear for the coming term. The next course will cover key topics on both papers 1 and 2. The focus is on covering exam style questions, making sure students get the best possible preparation for the exams.
The Tuesday (April 3 ) course will focus on topics for Paper 1, and the Wednesday (April 4 ) course will concentrate on Paper 2. The course is delivered by a teacher with more than 20 years' experience teaching maths, with a proven track record of success.
Feedback from previous courses has been excellent, after the course students have commented: "I really enjoy the way she teaches maths," " I understand maths now," " maths made easy," and, "I feel so much more confident now about my exams."
Junior Cert (Higher Level ) revision course runs on Tuesday April 3 and Wednesday April 4 in NUI Galway, from 10am to 3pm. Places are limited and early booking is advised.
