The auction sales team at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard have reported large turnouts at the open viewings over the past three weeks for the upcoming March 6 auction. The highly anticipated auction, which takes place in the newly renamed Galmont Hotel (formerly the Radisson Blu ), is expected to be very well attended with a varied mix of properties being brought to the auction floor.
Auction team director, James Heaslip, commented: “We have had a really positive turnout to the open viewings since we launched the auction three weeks ago. The whole team works tirelessly to promote our properties online and we use all the tools available to market each lot to audiences wide and far, but at the end of the day, buyers will always want to view what they are purchasing.”
With the assistance of their DNG Nationwide colleagues throughout the west of Ireland, James Heaslip says that access from local agents is a key factor. “We are really lucky to have highly qualified agents all along the west coast. When a buyer attends one of our viewings, they do so knowing that they will meet an agent who has years of experience and in-depth knowledge of their local markets. Also, having agents who are based close to the properties, it allows us to offer different viewing options which often take the pressure of those who can't make the set open viewing times.”
He added: “We have something for everyone in this auction and would urge those in the market to come along to the open viewings and see the value we have to offer. There are still bargains to be got, so don’t miss the boat!”
