Harry’s at Water Lane opened in mid-December and since then Geoff Kinsella and Steve Harris have been serving up a welcome mix of quality drinks, great service, and delicious barbecue and burgers. “We made sure the bar looked great from the beginning, and that we can give our customers a great experience every time they visit,” said Harris. “For example, we can separate our sound system, so two different sporting events can be shown at the same time without interfering with one another.”
Kinsella has used his experience in the hospitality industry to the benefit of Harry’s. “We insist that we serve only high-quality ingredients and produce from local suppliers. That’s unusual for a bar. We also support local craft drinks producers. Our customers appreciate the quality of the food and drinks we serve. We are delighted with our team of staff here at Harry’s. Staff development is important to us; that shows through in our customer feedback since opening.”
