SALT Restaurant & Bar at 163 Upper Salthill has just launched a new light bites menu, offering a tasty alternative for evening dining. The menu is available downstairs at SALT and runs from 5pm until 10pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
SALT’s tapas-style menu gives customers the perfect excuse for a catch up with friends — perhaps with a bottle of wine or a tipple from SALT’s award-winning cocktail menu.
The new light bites menu boasts a selection of mouthwatering dishes and each option is available for just €5. There is something to suit all tastes on the new menu, with SALT-style patatas bravas, caramelised cocktail sausages in rosemary and honey, and blue cheese and French toast, among the offerings.
For fish lovers, there is a delicious mackerel, chorizo and broad bean dish, as well as a mini SALT fish and chips. The pork belly and Asian slaw dish has been going down a treat with customers and, of course, the chicken wings were always going to be a guaranteed favourite.
There is also a lovely selection of breads on the menu, served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, and olives.
The new light bites menu at SALT complements both the brunch and dinner menus, with brunch served from 10.30am to 4.45pm daily and dinner from 6pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Full SALT menus can be on found online at www.saltgalway.com or on the SALT Restaurant and Bar Facebook page. For bookings, call 091 448 441 or email [email protected].
