CRANKY FACE, the Galway alternative/indie-rock band have released their new single, 'Vultures', the first track from their forthcoming EP which will be released later this year.
'Vultures' was recorded and mixed by Will O'Connor in Furbo, County Galway, and mastered by TJ Lipple in Washington DC. The video features clips from the band's performances at various festivals over summer 2017, including Electric Picnic and Body & Soul. The band's music mixes catchy choruses, distorted guitars, harmonised vocals, and a strong energy. The inspirations include The Raconteurs, Supergrass, Blur, Nirvana, and the Pixies - although we can also detect some Black Sabbath towards the end of 'Vultures'.
