GALWAY SKA/REGGAE band The Clandestinos will hold a Christmas Special concert in Monroe’s Live on Friday December 22 from 11pm.
The band formed four years ago in Galway. Their music fuses classic Jamaican roots reggae, with punk-reggae inspired by 1980s London; and Latin tinged sounds influenced by Manu Chao and the Buena Vista Social Club. The band have played the Doolin Folk Festival, Sea Sessions, Electric Picnic, and Body & Soul. Tickets €10 from www.monroes.ie
