THOSE INTERESTED in developing a career in the music industry should check out the new music business course coming to Galway in the New Year.
The course aims to develop core skills in areas such as artist management, online marketing, music publishing, copyright legislation, the live industry, and distribution. It is run by Gav Duffy who has worked for more than 10 years in the London music industry. The Introduction To Music Business course begins on Saturday January 27 2018. Classes take place on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, running for 10 weeks at the GRETB Training Centre, Mervue Business Park.
