So confident is Pat Fleming in making your mortgage application effective, he has trademarked the process as “Right first time”.
Having successfully run a mortgage event in The Ardilaun hotel on October 18, Fleming will bring his unique approach to mortgages to the Claregalway Hotel on Wednesday November 15 at 7.30pm. If you understand net disposable income, income multipliers, loan to value, proven repayment ability, and all the other jargon associated with mortgages this evening is not for you. But, as most of us are confused by mortgages, Fleming explains many of these concepts in easy to understand language, and shows how it is possible to present your mortgage case to a bank while enhancing your potential to be approved.
Pat Fleming is a chartered banker and is fully authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to give mortgage advice. Registration for this evening is on www.patflemingmortgages.ie where more of his business services are explained.
“My experience is that many mortgage applicants arrive to an interview with a bank ill-prepared and confused," he said. "That one hour dedicated to them by the bank can be rushed and ineffective leading to a weaker application than could have been made. Unfortunately the outcome can be a declined application, which is difficult to come back from. This is a free event, and the feedback I have received from my first event was that most attendees underestimated what was involved in applying for a mortgage."
Pat Fleming's business also deals with property finance for investment, and switching mortgages which is topical at the moment. “Anyone not on a tracker rate is most likely going to benefit from switching their mortgage," he said. "I cannot understand why more people are not actively exploring the option of switching other than it’s too much trouble, while the reality is it’s an easy process.”
