Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin, will take centre stage at Clayton Hotel Galway when the second fundraising Masquerade Ball for the cause takes place. This sparkling gala event which is being jointly organised by Maldron Hotel Oranmore, Maldron Hotel Sandy Road and Clayton Hotel Galway will take place on Saturday, November 4.
The evening will include a drinks reception, a four course gala dinner followed by entertainment with Oddity Band and DJ.
Ollie Turner will be your host for the evening, and for all sports enthusiasts out there, you will have your opportunity to see some prize silverware up close as the Liam McCarthy Cup and the Irish Press Cup will be on display.
There are also some surprises planned for the evening as well as some amazing raffle prizes up for grabs. Top prizes include weekend breaks away, and signed senior and minor hurling jerseys. Tickets cost €50 per person and can be purchased directly from Clayton Hotel Galway, Maldron Hotel Oranmore or Maldron Hotel Sandy Road.
Speaking of the charity, Stephanie Doherty a member of the fundraising team said, “unfortunately, we just never know what lies around the corner, or when someone close to us will need the supports of this incredible hospital. It is important for us to remember that Crumlin is not just for children from Dublin, it caters for seriously ill children from all over Ireland – including Galway.”
