DRUID THEATRE'S acclaimed production of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot, one of the highlights of the 2016 Galway International Arts Festival, will return for a 12 week national and international tour in 2018.
The play begins its run in Galway's Town Hall Theatre from February 22 to March 3, before moving to Limerick (March 7 to 10 ), Letterkenny (March 13 to 15 ), Cork (March 20 to 24 ), Longford (March 27 and 28 ), Wexford (March 30 and 31 ), Dún Laoghaire (April 3 and 4 ), Sligo (April 6 and 7 ). After this it moves to the USA with performances in Washington DC (April 17 to May 20 ) and Chicago (May 23 to June 3 ).
The production will be directed by the Tony Award-winning Garry Hynes, and the cast is Druid Ensemble members Garrett Lombard, Aaron Monaghan, Rory Nolan, and Marty Rea.
