Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs, Oranmore, has been announced the regional winner of the prestigious Irish Auto Trade for Connacht-Ulster Bodyshop of the Year 2018.
The team has won this award for the fourth year in a row, and in 2016 also took the Irish Auto Trade National Award,
Padraic Deane, MD of Automotive Publications, and motoring correspondent for the Galway Advertiser, said the award to Frank Byrnes and his team shows "the consistency in the quality of the customer experience provided".
"Frank Byrnes was selected through a rigorous assessment process starting with the nomination, and involved an IOS standard mystery phone call and a mystery shopper, followed by discussions between the judges, which culminated in their selection as joint regional winner," he said.
In addition to the specially designed award plaque Frank Byrnes will also receive a €500 voucher to spend on advertising with Automotive Publications during 2018.
Frank Byrnes, MD of Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs says the team is delighted to be formally recognised for their efforts to provide excellence in customer experience and service.
"The fact that a mystery shopper assesses our performance and we are unaware and we score high, gives me great satisfaction, and is attributed to the great team that I have built around me who are of the same mindset to serve our customer," he said. "We use the latest cutting edge technology as well as the personal and professional approach to achieve our high standards. We know our clients may be stressed following a car crash and our aim is to smooth out the issues swiftly and get them back to their lives and driving safely as quickly as possible.
"We pride ourselves as a local business supporting our local community with an honest service and carry out repairs in a professional manner."
Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs now goes forward with five other regional winners to contend the Irish Auto Trade Awards Bodyshop of the Year 2018.
