SHE APPEARED on the Al Porter show last Christmas, was in season three of Bridget and Eamon, and enjoys a huge online following for her comedy videos. She is Emma Doran.
Emma Doran, described by the Irish Examiner as "hilarious" and of whom The Daily Edge said "completely rocks it", is at the Róisín Dubh Clubh tomorrow night at 9pm. Also on the bill is Christopher MacArthur Boyd, from Glasgow. The Huffington Post said he, "might look like the comedian 'pretty-boy' stereotype, but don't be fooled. Much darker and more interesting than that", while STV News said he was "following in the footsteps of Kevin Bridges".
Support is from Limerick's Danny Ryan, who mixes dark storytelling and clever quips. Winner of Show Me The Funny 2015, he has played Electric Picnic and the Vodafone Comedy Carnival.
