Comedy Carnival's Wild Atlantic Wahey

A Magical Mirthful Mystery tour for October

WILD ATLANTIC Wahey is not a spelling error – but it could be a huge mistake! The people behind Vodafone Comedy Carnival went brainstorming recently and decided to bring comedy to Connemara.

The festival organisers are planning to take a bus load of revellers to four mystery destinations on the Wild Atlantic Way and treat them to a top star from the festival in each one. This is an innovative move from the Comedy Carnival as it seeks to spread its wings a little beyond the city. The carnival has completed a tie in with local luxury tour bus operator Lally Tours and tickets are already flying without purchasers having a clue what comedians are playing or where.

The only information available is that the Lally Tour bus leaves Eyre Square at 12 noon and returns around five hours later. A comedian from the festival line-up will perform a 20 minute set in each venue with lunch available in the first one. Organisers promise that you will return full to the gills with Guinness, sea air, and laughter.

The fun takes place on Saturday October 28 from 12 noon. For more see www.vodafonecomedycarnival.com
