O’Donnellan and Joyce auctioneers is back after the summer holidays with the next in its series of Wild Atlantic Way property auctions, and the autumn auction is gearing up to be the largest auction the west of Ireland has ever seen.
Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers said: “This auction is shaping up to be our biggest yet. The office is a hive of activity with vendors preparing their properties to sell, and purchasers organising to have finance in place. People cannot wait for us to launch our properties with all the details.”
He continued: "We are being inundated with enquiries from buyers locally and nationally. It is a good time to be a seller, now the property market prices continue to rise."

There is a large portfolio of properties already registered including semidetached houses in Knocknacarra and Renmore, spacious family homes in Salthill and Barna, and investment properties in Newcastle.
