The Institute of Massage & Sports Therapy has been providing the highest level of training in sports massage for 18 years.

Courses cover anatomy and physiology, nutrition, injury assessment, sports massage, holistic and deep tissue massage, taping, kinesiology taping, dry needling, rehabilitation, and much more.

The skills taught on these courses will enable graduates to treat conditions such as neck and shoulder tension, strains and sprains, whiplash, tennis elbow, groin strains, hamstring problems, knee ligament injuries, low back pain and overuse injuries.
