Creative Makers Galway will run a pop-up shop alongside the Galway International Arts Festival from July 17 to July 30 in the Cornstore, Galway.
This pop-up shop will feature top quality craft including jewellery, candles, soap, woodturning, furniture, textiles, ceramics, and art from Galway-based designers and makers, giving the public a wonderful opportunity to see and purchase a unique collection of highly creative designs.
This is also a great opportunity for the designers and makers involved to showcase their work, while meeting customers and selling their work in a retail environment, using skills learned in the Building Craft and Design Enterprise programme run by the Design and Craft Council of Ireland with the Local Enterprise Office Galway.
The pop-up ties in perfectly with all that the Galway International Arts Festival offers, offering another layer of exciting things to do and see in the city during the two weeks of the festival.
