Delphi Resort in Connemara will host an outdoor adventure event this October and is now welcoming people to register to take part.
The Delphi Challenge will take place on Saturday October 7 in the beautiful and scenic surrounds of the Delphi Valley on the Galway / Mayo border. A 14km event, participants will engage in three different activities. Starting with an 8km cycle from Aasleagh Falls alongside the stunning Killary Fjord to Bundorragha Pier, participants will then kayak for 1km around the fjord before cycling on to Delphi Resort for a 5km trail run in the Delphi Forest. There will be party that evening in the resort where you will enjoy great fun and banter with other competitors, friends, and family with a night of food, drink, and entertainment.
The challenge is suitable for a wide range of people, from novices to those with experience, to those simply looking for some fun with friends and family. Event only participation costs €40 per person and Delphi Resort have great one or two night event packages available from only €65pp including dinner.
Delphi Resort is just 30 minutes from Westport and 80 minutes from Galway.
