THEY ARE the only Blur tribute act in the world endorsed by the band themselves. They headlined Hyde Park on the closing night of the 2012 Olympics. Now they are coming to Monroe's Live.
Parklife, the Blur tribute band from Dublin, play Monroe’s Live on Friday July 14 at 11pm. Expect to hear such classics as 'Girls and Boys', 'Song 2', 'Parklife', 'Tender', 'Coffee and TV', 'The Universal', and others.
The band have appeared on The Steve Wright Show on BBC Radio 2. They have also earned praise from festival organisers. “Absolutely brilliant yet again. Fourth year in a row - no doubt we will have you again next year," said the Mathew Street Festival Organisers (largest free music festival in Europe ); “We can always rely on you to knock our punters dead. Thanks lads,” said Glastonbudget Festival organisers (Europe’s biggest tribute act festival ).
