Christina Dillon from Me2UFitness is teaming up with Shirley Tutty, a wellness, beauty, and transformational coach, and nature therapist, to deliver a dynamic evening on June 13 in the SCCUL Enterprise Centre in Ballybane from 7pm to 9pm.
They will give you tips, information, and procesess that will empower you in your journey to wellbeing and fitnesss.
Christina Dillon is a personal trainer, nutritionist, kettle bell, and raw military trainer. At her studio she promotes weight loss and toning up through healthy living, regular weight training and cardio, with eating real food. She provides an easy to follow food plan, which tells you exactly what to eat, it’s all about eating healthy foods and everything in moderation with three personal training sessions a week of weight training, getting you stronger, fitter, and toned, and giving you the feel good factor as well as plenty of energy.
Shirley Tutty is a tutor and assessor for the National Healthy Ireland Smart Start Programme, and has helped hundreds of preschool service providers transform their services into a more healthy environment, focusing on health promotion, emotional wellbeing and literacy, nutrition, physical activity, oral health, and health and safety. She is launching her new transformational energetic body and facelift clinic in Ballybane Enterprise Centre in June.
Christina Dillon and Shirley Tutty on the night will cover topics including fitness, decreasing stress, emotional health, nutrition, and the latest in stem cell technology, weight loss coffee, therapeutic grade oils for wellness, nature therapy, and heartfulness meditation.
