OF VIRTUE, the metalcore/ambient band from Lansing, the capital of the US state of Michigan, make their Irish debut when they play The Cellar Bar tomorrow night.
The band - Tyler Ennis (vocals ), Damon Tate (guitar/vocals ), Michael Valadez (guitar ), Jon Fox (bass ), and Ryan Wilkinson (drums ) - are admired for their mix of technicality and emotion, and for weaving haunting heartfelt melodies with driving, progressive, hardcore. They released their debut EP, To Breathe Again, in 2009 and their debut album, Heartsounds through Michigan label The Great Lakes Collective in 2011.
