Chasing Abbey to play Monroe's Live

Offaly hip hop trio come to Galway next weekend

"YOU KNOW where you should be going for your hip-hop? Tullamore, County Offaly. This is Ro, Bee, and TeddyC, they're called Chasing Abbey," so said Today FM's Dermot & Dave.

Chasing Abbey, the trio iRadio called, "one of the most promising bands in the country”, play Monroe's Live on Saturday May 27 at 9pm. Mixing pop, dance, and hip-hop, their inspirations include Biggy Smalls and Clean Bandit. Their most recent single, ‘That Good Thing’, blends smooth vocals and techno hooks. Beat called it the "best track on radio so far in 2017".

Today FM's Louise Duffy has called them, "three men who are very, very talented. They've got a brilliant sound and I think a very unique sound in Ireland".

Tickets are €10 from www.monroes.ie
