DESPITE 'SHAM' being a word indelibly associated with Tuam, Sean Daly & The Shams do not hail from north Galway. Sean is from Donegal, while the band was founded in San Francisco in 2011.
In the last year, they have released the EP, One and All; embarked on a Northwest tour of the US; and played San Francisco's Great American Music Hall. Their music mixes hard rock and punk, with lyrics exploring ideas of Irishness.
