Winters Property has won three categories at the 2017 Irish Facility Management Awards. The company has won eight national awards in three years, cementing its place as Ireland's leading property service provider.
This year's win follows the company's 2015 and 2016 success at the Irish Facility Management Awards, where it won five awards. Entries were drawn from a who’s who of Irish property service providers including multinationals and institutional providers.
Winters Property won the Property Management Company of the Year category for the second year in a row for its overall property services which include management, letting, student operations, sales, and valuations.
The entry demonstrated Winters' ability as an outstanding property management company in providing a full array of excellent property management services with a focus on delivering high quality customer service experience across the business while obtaining best returns and enhancing the capital value.
The Winters residential letting team won the Facility Management Team of the Year – Service Provider award for their ability to provide a comprehensive letting and management service to landlords and tenants, focusing on delivering a high quality service ensuring clients and their properties are compliant with legislation and achieve best returns.
The Winters student accommodation finance team won the Property Management Team of the Year for their industry leading financial management and their constant focus on improvements and efficiencies which has made WPM Ireland's largest student accommodation operator.
