The Clandestinos @ Monroe's Live

THE CLANDESTINOS, the Galway band who fuse classic Jamaican roots reggae with the Latin tinged sounds of Manu Chao and the Buena Vista Social Club, play Monroe’s Live next week.

The band - Ciarán O'Cuinneagain (vocals, acoustic guitar ), Ray Hahessy (electric guitar ), Brian Ruane (bass ), Evan Barrows (drums ), Colm McEnaney (trumpet ), Cathal Berkeley (tenor saxophone ), Spike Keryell Emmerson (trombone ) - who have played Electric Picnic and Body & Soul, will deliver a set of classic roots favourites, ska, and 1980s style punk-reggae.

The show is on Friday April 28 at 11pm. Tickets are €8 from monroes.ie or €10 on the door.
