THE BLIZZARDS, one of the most popular bands in Ireland of the noughties continue their comeback, with a new single, the appropriately titled 'Second Wind', and a gig at Monroe’s Live.
The gig takes place this Easter Sunday, April 16, at 8.30pm, where the band will perform the new song, along with their 2016 singles ‘Drop Down the Anchor’ - the most played Irish independent single of the year - and ‘Perfect On Paper’, as well as songs from their early albums.
Known for their blistering and engaging live performances, The Blizzards’ return to the stage has seen them play Whelan’s, the Olympia Theatre, Indiependence, Electric Picnic, and the 3Countdown Concert as part of New Year’s Festival Dublin. Support is from Wolff and Rofi James.
