DO YOU fancy the idea of singing along - unashamed, out loud, and proud - in the company, and reputation saving safety, of others, to some of the most deliciously cringe-worthy songs known to humanity?
If the answer is a resounding 'Yes' to a night of indulging publicly in your guilty pleasures, then get yourself along to the Róisín Dubh on Sunday April 9 for the debut Galway appearance of the Sing Along Social Guilty Pleasures event.
The Sing Along Social is a zero-commitment choir where friends and strangers gather together to sing along to songs by N*Sync, Will Smith, Justin Bieber, Boyzone, B*Witched, Bryan Adams, and others. You don't have to practise, you don't need to know the words and you don't even need to be able to sing.
Tickets are €8 from www.roisindubh.net and €10 on the door, with 20 per cent of proceeds going to Ability West. Doors are at 8pm and singing starts at 8.45pm sharp. For more see @singalongsocial on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
