O’Donnellan & Joyce, which last week announced its Wild Atlantic Way spring property auction for April 21, has now increased the property count to more than 50 properties for sale in the auction.
Properties will go under the hammer in Galway city and county along with properties in counties Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Tipperary, Clare, and Limerick, with a great selection of private homes, residential and commercial investment properties, and some lovely holiday homes for sale in coastal settings, all along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Colm O’Donnellan said: "There was a great turnout of people attending the open viewings over the fine weekend. The demand for family homes is particularly strong, given the lack of supply of new homes being built. As we approach the last month of spring, the supply of quality property will become more plentiful giving a wider variety of properties to choose from.”
Hugh O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce’s auction team, said the team was “inundated with enquiries for all the properties on open view”. He added: “The sunshine brought viewers out in force and there was particularly strong interest from those looking to purchase their first home and families looking to trade up to larger homes.” Viewing times have been established and full details are on www.myhome.ie, www.daft.ie, and odonnjoyce.com Some of the Galway properties of particular interest to viewers over the weekend were as follows:
