FOUR AWARD winning comedians, all at the early stages of their careers, and three of whom are based in Galway, will gather together for your entertainment at the Róisín Dubh Comedy Clubh this week.
Johnny Graham, Donal Vaughan, Bob Hennigan, and Steve Bennett play the Clubh, in the Róisín's upstairs bar, on Friday March 31 with the doors opening at 9pm.
Johnny is the 2017 Tedfest Toilet Duck Award winner, the 2012 Show Me The Funny winner, and resident host of both Ireland’s Smallest Comedy Club in the Dew Drop Inn and the Tuesday Comedy Showcase at the Róisín Dubh. He is also recognisable as Joe the YouTube hit, Man Flu - The Truth.
Donal is the winner of the 2016 Beat The Frog World Series and 2015 Laughing Horse New Comedian of the Year. As entertainment.ie said, "Vaughan owned the stage with his sharp, punchy lines that never failed to hit home." Bob won the Galway Fringe Festival’s Best Comedian Award in 2015. Mayo’s most charming ball of misery, he also won the Tedfest Toilet Duck competition in 2008.
The MC is Steve Bennett, Irish Comedian Of The Year 2016, fresh from his Australian tour. Tickets are €10/8 in advance from Róisín Dubh; OMG@Zhivago, Shop Street, and www.roisindubh.net; or €12.50 at the door.
