THEY DESCRIBE themselves as playing "Midnight-Pop", with late night grooves and melodies that "create a dynamic blend of West Coast cool and Mancunian mood".
They are Galway quartet Bob Skeleton, who they play the Róisín Dubh tomorrow from 9pm. The band - Oisin Mod (guitar/vocals ), Rory Ryan (bass/vocals ) Jack Niland (drums ), Eoin Hynes (guitar ) - have released the EPs Shade (2016 ) and If This Isn’t Love, which came out last month. It was recorded in Furbo with Will O’Connor of Grounds for Invasion and mastered by Carl Saff of Sub-Pop Records. They cite Miles Kane, Blossoms, and Lana Del Rey as influences.
