O’Donnellan & Joyce springs into auction

The first auction of 2017 for Galway auctioneer O’Donnellan & Joyce is set to take place on Friday March 3 at 2pm at Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway.

Known as the Wild Atlantic Way spring property auction, final viewings took place this week in the lead up to Friday’s auction with the range of properties for sale to include counties Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Roscommon, and Tipperary.

Mary Fahy, senior sales agent with O’Donnellan & Joyce, said: “All open viewings have been extremely busy showing great interest from prospective owner occupiers and investors with good results predicted. The level of viewers indicate that Galway is still an attractive place to live and invest in. In total there are 45 lots ranging from investment properties to family homes and there are also some sites and agricultural land on offer.”

The Harbour Hotel will be lively on Friday as auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan kicks off the season with the first in O’Donnellan & Joyce’s series of property auctions for 2017.
