The International School of Make-up will host an open day on Thursday February 23 from 2pm to approximately 4pm.
This is an opportunity to watch a make-up demonstration from one of the school's make-up artists and to meet with the school's manager to discuss all course details and options available. RSVP by emailing, or phoning the school, to reserve your place to attend the open day.
Qualifications from this school are recognised worldwide and more than 90 per cent of our graduates have been employed within the beauty industry. Some are enjoying careers in management, both full time and part time roles for cosmetic houses such as Inglot, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, and MAC, while others are enjoying their careers as freelance make-up artists working for themselves specialising in fashion shoots, bridal make-up, and leading many international fashion shows, such as London, Paris, and Milan fashion weeks.
As part of the training in the school, tutors help prepare all the students for working within the industry, and hold workshops on helping them to get started in the industry. Preparing your CV, preparation for interviews, and also how to prepare to work for yourself as a freelance make-up artist are also discussed.
The tutors in the school of make-up artistry have many years experience within the industry and love to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for make-up artistry with each of the students.
All of the diploma students have a choice between a MAC or Inglot kit, including brushes, and have the opportunity to attend selection of master classes by MAC's and Inglot's senior artists showcasing all the latest trends. The school offers a variety of diploma courses, both full time and part time options, and also have teacher training diploma courses for those that would like to become an ITEC lecturer.
