Following on my big win on the Taste Of Success I invested some of my money into Boxty's. I've been previously trading from a converted van which sadly met his match and now is in long term retirement.
I took an old horsebox and with the help of a very talented friend,Adrian Adam Muresan, he transformed it into a fully functioning kitchen.
To get it looking just right I took it to Fergus at Naughtons Shot Blasting who stripped it down and gave it a clean black finish.
A few vinyl stickers,picket fence and artifical grass later it has become the unique trailer I wanted
.
I've upgraded both my unit and my menu and will be having a relaunch party on Friday 24th February at the Moycullen Country Market from 1pm-4pm.
I will be offering tasters alongside cake and a little tipple or two. While you are there check out what else is on offer at the market.
