Last year’s awards were extremely successful, with tens of thousands of people taking the opportunity to vote for local businesses across a variety of categories.
The Best of Galway Awards allow your business to be showcased to your community and allows the general public (your customers ), to vote for their favourite businesses and in the process to tell everyone else about why they love your business, your service, your staff.
So if you are a business in the city or county and would like to put yourself in the running for a coveted Best of Galway award, you can register from today on www.bestofgalway.com The deadline for registering your business on line is midnight on Sunday February 19.
Then a few days later on Tuesday February 21, the public will be invited to vote online for their favourite businesses, so make sure you do not disappoint your customers. Imagine, if they go online to vote for you and find you are not there.

All businesses which register can download the “Vote for Us” poster on www.bestofgalway.com website. On request, posters can be sent out for you to place in your business premises to show the public that you are participating and to encourage your customers to vote.
A marketing campaign will appear in the Galway Advertiser and on our successful social media platforms to encourage people to vote for their favourite business, so you can benefit from the momentum that will be created about your business.
Winners will be announced at a special lunchtime awards ceremony on Thursday April 6, where the top three finalists of each category will attend, and the winner in each category will be announced at the ceremony, not forgetting the overall winner.
