Beechmount Art Studio is going from strength to strength by expanding to offer classes in the new location of The Glassroom in Brazco Coffee Academy, Oranmore. The multi award winning Lackagh based art studio has grown considerably since it opened in August 2014 and now offers a wide and varied range of adult classes including oil, acrylic, drawing, and watercolour classes.
With step by step instruction and small class sizes offered on both mornings and evenings, there is a class to suit everyone. "Our ethos at Beechmount Art Studio is to work to your own ability and style," says Aisling Kearney Burke, founder of Beechmount Art Studio. "Everyone has their own signature style of working and we embrace that, so whether you're an absolute beginner or an accomplished artist, we can work with you to bring your best artistic creativity out."
A new term of children's and teens' art classes are also back this spring where young people will learn the basics of art and explore their creativity to further their confidence and independent thinking.
Beechmount is also introducing a new project for older children aged from 10 to 17. Taught within the regular class times, young artists will decide and work towards building a personal project over the course of eight weeks, starting with drawing, ink, and charcoal, and graduating right through to painting and 3D work.
Wherever and whenever, Beechmount Art Studio prides itself on catering for every type of artist and devotes itself to making every student and artist the best he or she can be. For more information on timetables see www.beechmountartstudio.com or call 087 9385026.
